Forum Getting discounted dog treats and toppers

Hello!
Today we went to Drakes and they have quite a bit of discounted meat. We got chicken hearts expiring tomorrow for $0.80 a pack and chicken livers for $1.20 a pack. Has anyone seen great prices for bones or other treats or toppers so I can keep an eye out?

  • I always walk past the meat and cold dog food section in the supermarket to keep an eye out for markdowns. It’s not often I find anything good nowadays, it all seems to sell. I’ll be watching the answers here.

  • Depending where you are. Were in WA, have a puppy but he loves to chew. I got him a big bone from Spudshed. cost me $3 and it has lasted him ages.
