Ahhh i never even thought about it that way but now that terrifies me knowing! My neighbour just got some chooks and they were absolutely gorgeous. But the thought if it introducing mice into the house or just in the area is worrying!

As the other commenter has said, it can be fairly unavoidable due to how you feed chickens. You want them to have scraps to graze on happily, but that is going to attract undesirables

Omg! Yes!!! I have never had chickens myself but I remember as a child going next door to feed thier chickens while they were away and seeing mice!! I freaked out big time!
It’s definitely something that seems to come along with throwing food around and I don’t think it’s avoidable unfortunately
