Can your dog see the neighbour's dogs?

Hello!

I remember seeing a segment with Dr Harry on TV about a bored dog that couldn’t see out of his back yard.Though ours can see into the front yard she was desperate to see the dog on the other side of the colourbond fence. We ended up removing a panel and replacing it with a pool fence panel and it has been a big success. They both love it. It is down the side of the garage so we both still have privacy in our yards.
Has anyone else done something like this?

We haven’t done this ourselves but it sounds like such a fabulous idea. Good on you for making such an improvement to your dogs surroundings

No, I have never experienced this. We used to have a dog that lived next door that was a real nuisance. Used to constantly yap every time we were in the backyard. Our two dogs seem quite content with their own company.

No but what an awesome thing you did! It’s the best when you have great neighbours that are also on board as it makes it so much more enjoyable to live alongside fellow pet owners! Do your doggies get play dates together?
